At Calenne, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have 60 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
How to start a return or exchange

Our team will guide you through the process and provide the appropriate return address or, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
⚠️ Please do not send your items back to the address shown on the package or any other address not provided by our customer service. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
Return conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.

Items must not show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration.

Returns that arrive incomplete, damaged, or not in their original state may be refused or refunded only partially.

Our warehouse cannot accept parcels with pending customs or clearance charges. Make sure your return arrives free of additional costs.
Sale and discounted items

Items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

Items purchased on sale, clearance, or with discounts can only be returned for store credit valid on calenne.com.
Shipping recommendations
Please ensure your items are packed carefully to avoid damage during transit. If a product arrives damaged due to poor packaging, we may not be able to approve your refund.
