All orders include free worldwide shipping.
Order processing
Orders are carefully prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the courier’s system.

These are estimated delivery times only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.
Delivery issues
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, absence at the time of delivery, or not collecting the package from the carrier, the order may be returned to us. In these cases, you will need to cover the cost of reshipment. Refunds are not available for uncollected parcels.
